Description

A super tasty and easy chicken dinner featuring juicy chicken breasts in a creamy garlic sauce with mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes until golden. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
