Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in the garlic and mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
