  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles, for serving


Instructions
