Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice, for serving
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over egg noodles or rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
