Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, cut into chunks
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 8 oz egg noodles or mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until soft.
  2. Add the beef chunks, cooking until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and mushrooms, stirring to coat.
