- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 8 oz egg noodles or mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add the beef chunks, cooking until browned on all sides.
