  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the beef over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
