Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or tenderloin, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles


Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the onions and garlic; cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add sliced beef and stir until browned on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms and mix everything together.
  6. Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
