  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into strips
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes for serving
