Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced onions, avocado, or jalapeños


Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas for about 20-30 seconds in the microwave or in another pan.
