Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the onions until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms, sautéing until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
- Gradually add the beef broth while stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Lower the heat and mix in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the beef to the skillet and combine. Heat through.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
