Description
Quick, flavorful meatballs made in the air fryer that are low in carbs and perfect for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Using your hands or a fork, mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket and air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once cooked through and golden, remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
