Description

Quick, flavorful meatballs made in the air fryer that are low in carbs and perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using your hands or a fork, mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket and air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Once cooked through and golden, remove and let cool slightly before serving.
