Ingredients
- 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- Fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Slice bell peppers and onion, then add them on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
