Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack or in the pan.
Notes
Use fresh or dried blueberries and feel free to experiment with other mix-ins like nuts or different types of chocolate.
