  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in yogurt, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
