Delicious and quick air fryer wraps filled with crispy chicken, mozzarella, and fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 whole wheat wraps or tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Lay the wraps flat and divide the chicken mixture among them, placing it in the center.
- Fold the sides and roll the wraps tightly.
- Spray the outside with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place wraps in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the air fryer, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
