Description

Delicious and quick air fryer wraps filled with crispy chicken, mozzarella, and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 whole wheat wraps or tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay the wraps flat and divide the chicken mixture among them, placing it in the center.
  4. Fold the sides and roll the wraps tightly.
  5. Spray the outside with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place wraps in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
