Description

An easy and delicious Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna that cooks itself while you relax. Layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and three types of cheese create a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a greased slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top of the meat sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with half of the cheeses.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese; finish with a layer of cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Browning the beef adds flavor. Use frozen ravioli for best results.
