Description

An easy and hearty lasagna made with frozen ravioli, cheesy goodness, and cooked in a slow cooker for a hassle-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat and onion: In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  2. Spray the crockpot: Apply cooking spray to the slow cooker.
  3. Layer that goodness: Start with a layer of pasta sauce, then add frozen ravioli, the cooked beef and onion mix, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering until ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  4. Cook on low: Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Let it rest: Once cooked, let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef, and add veggies like zucchini or spinach for extra nutrition.
