Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce over rice or pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Avoid cooking on high to maintain tenderness; chicken should not be on top of each other in the crockpot.
