Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot without adding any oil.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
