Description

A warm and hearty Crockpot Ground Beef Stroganoff that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Stir in the cooked noodles and sour cream into the crockpot.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish is freezer-friendly and can be made with ground turkey or chicken as an alternative.
