Description
A warm and hearty Crockpot Ground Beef Stroganoff that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and sour cream into the crockpot.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish is freezer-friendly and can be made with ground turkey or chicken as an alternative.
