Description
A comforting dish of tender chicken breasts and baby potatoes in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, cooked effortlessly in a Crockpot.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Arrange halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat heavy cream and avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
