Description

A comforting dish of tender chicken breasts and baby potatoes in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, cooked effortlessly in a Crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. Arrange halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat heavy cream and avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
