Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups baby potatoes
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
