Description

A comforting slow-cooked meal featuring tender chicken and fluffy potatoes coated in rich Parmesan and aromatic garlic.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add baby potatoes around the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
