Description
A creamy, delicious slow-cooked pasta dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a heavenly garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and pasta, and cover again, cooking on low for an additional 30-40 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
