Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
- Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot.
- Pour the ranchy sauce over the top to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Serve warm with some extra sauce drizzled over each portion.
Notes
For alternate ingredients: chicken thighs can be used for more juiciness; sweet potatoes add a sweet twist; and cream of mushroom is a substitute for soup. Almond, soy, or coconut milk can replace dairy milk.
