Description

A simple, flavorful one-pot meal that cooks itself while you relax. This Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken combines tender chicken, hearty potatoes, and a creamy ranch sauce for comforting perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot.
  3. Pour the ranchy sauce over the top to coat everything evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Serve warm with some extra sauce drizzled over each portion.

Notes

For alternate ingredients: chicken thighs can be used for more juiciness; sweet potatoes add a sweet twist; and cream of mushroom is a substitute for soup. Almond, soy, or coconut milk can replace dairy milk.
