Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and layer broccoli on top.
- Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the ingredients until covered.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
