Description

A cozy, comforting meal featuring tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and creamy cheddar cheese, all cooked effortlessly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and layer broccoli on top.
  4. Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the ingredients until covered.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
