Description

A creamy, comforting dish that combines shredded chicken and fettuccine in a rich Alfredo sauce, made effortlessly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, heavy cream, butter, and minced garlic.
  2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot along with the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
