Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- When beef is cooked, stir in sour cream until well combined. Serve over egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
