Description

A comforting crockpot beef stroganoff that elevates the traditional dish into a delicious, effortless meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. When beef is cooked, stir in sour cream until well combined. Serve over egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
