Description

A comforting and easy crockpot recipe for Beef Stroganoff that requires minimal effort and delivers delicious results.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions
