Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef stew meat, onion, garlic, beef broth, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour and sour cream, then stir into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
