A warm, comforting Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff that’s easy to make and absolutely delicious, perfect for lazy cooking days.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cream
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a Crock Pot, combine the beef stew meat, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Stir in the cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
Notes
For better flavor, consider searing the beef before adding it to the Crock Pot. You can also substitute or add other vegetables as desired.
