A delicious and easy Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff that cooks itself while you relax, featuring tender beef in a creamy sauce served over egg noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In the crock pot, combine beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.

  5. Serve beef stroganoff over egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For an alternative, you can use chicken instead of beef or substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
