Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
