Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet for up to 2 months.
