Description

Crispy, cheesy, and delicious air fryer wraps featuring chicken and mozzarella, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • Any desired sauce (Ranch, hot sauce, or sweet chili sauce)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  5. On a tortilla or wrap, layer lettuce, sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and desired sauce.
  6. Roll up the wrap tightly and slice in half.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
