Description

Quick and delicious crispy wraps filled with shredded chicken and mozzarella, perfect for a tasty meal without the hassle.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: spinach, tomatoes, or your choice of veggies


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread the chicken mixture evenly on each.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and let them cool slightly before slicing and serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
