Description

Spooky and fun Halloween cupcakes topped with creative fondant eyeballs, perfect for any Halloween gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 Backmischung Red Velvet Cake von Teasty Me
  • Butter
  • 4 Eier
  • 1 Fertigmischung Creme Fantasique von Teasty Me
  • 100 ml Milch
  • 200 g Fondant weiß
  • 50 g Fondant bunt nach Wahl
  • 20 g Fondant schwarz
  • Lebensmittelsifte
  • Piping Gel


Instructions

  1. Bake the muffins: Mix Red Velvet Cake mix with eggs and butter until smooth, pour into muffin tins, bake, then cool on a wire rack.
  2. Prepare the topping: Mix Creme Fantasique with milk to a buttercream-like consistency, pipe onto the cooled muffins.
  3. Create the eyeballs: Knead white fondant, form into balls, create indentations for details.
  4. Add color: Use colored fondant for the iris and black for pupils, draw details with food markers.
  5. Finalize: Let the eyeballs dry for 24 hours, apply piping gel for a bloody effect.
  6. Assemble: Create a dent in the frosting, add the eyeball, use piping gel for decoration.

Notes

Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting to prevent melting. Experiment with different colors for the irises.
