Description

A quick and delicious dish that combines chicken, creamy sauce, and rice for an easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
  5. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve the creamy chicken over the cooked rice.
  7. Top with shredded cheese if desired.

Notes
