Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup rice (white or brown)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
