Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
