Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb lean chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
