Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing well to create a creamy sauce.
