Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion turns translucent.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the beef broth while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
