Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion turns translucent.
