A no-fuss creamy chicken pasta dish made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir in the uncooked pasta.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
