Description

A no-fuss creamy chicken pasta dish made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir in the uncooked pasta.
  6. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
