  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
