  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
