Quick and easy cream cheese salami roll ups, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons dry chives
- 2 teaspoons dry onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 12 slices of salami
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwaving for 10-15 seconds.
- Add chives, onion, garlic powder, and pepper to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Lay out the salami slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of salami.
- Tightly roll up each slice of salami with the cream cheese inside.
- Secure each roll-up with a toothpick.
- Optionally, garnish with olives or pickles on the toothpick.
- Arrange roll ups on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, add hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
