Description

Quick and easy cream cheese salami roll ups, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons dry chives
  • 2 teaspoons dry onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 12 slices of salami
  • Toothpicks


Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwaving for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add chives, onion, garlic powder, and pepper to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Lay out the salami slices on a clean surface.
  4. Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of salami.
  5. Tightly roll up each slice of salami with the cream cheese inside.
  6. Secure each roll-up with a toothpick.
  7. Optionally, garnish with olives or pickles on the toothpick.
  8. Arrange roll ups on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
