Description

Flavorful pinwheels filled with creamy chicken, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • 4 or 5 large burrito tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, chopped bacon, and cooked chicken. Mix until well combined. If you’d like a creamier texture, feel free to add more milk.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, making sure to cover the surface area.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla up gently yet tightly, ensuring it holds together well and maintains its shape.
  4. Once rolled, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the cheese to firm up.
  5. After chilling, cut off the ends of each tortilla roll and slice into 1-inch pieces to create bite-sized pinwheels.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Serve with dipping sauces for enhanced flavor.
