Description

A creamy, cheesy pasta bake combining shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, chicken broth, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese; mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked pasta, bacon, and green onions until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed bell peppers and mushrooms. Serve with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
