Description

A quick and creamy penne pasta dish that combines perfectly cooked chicken with a rich sauce, making it an ideal gourmet meal with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast (Boneless and skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and basil.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Slice the Chicken: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add heavy cream, stirring until it bubbles. Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Combine Everything: Add the cooked penne to the skillet with the sauce and stir in the sliced chicken.
  7. Serve & Garnish: Plate the dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a final touch.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor. Let the chicken rest before slicing to retain its juices.
