Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the butter and allow it to melt completely.
- Stir in the minced garlic and diced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is softened.
- Add soy sauce and black pepper, mixing everything thoroughly to combine. Let simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Spoon the garlic butter beef mixture over the rice.
- Garnish each bowl with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.
