Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (frozen is fine)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 cups of pasta (any shape)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables, mixing well.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and combine it with the beef mixture in the skillet.
- Top with shredded cheese and let it melt before serving.
