  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (frozen is fine)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 2 cups of pasta (any shape)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables, mixing well.
  5. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Drain pasta and combine it with the beef mixture in the skillet.
